摘  要:下颌功能运动包括吞咽、咀嚼以及语音动作时的下颌运动。通过对下颌功能运动进行分析并获取相关的临床参数可以评估各种病因导致的功能障碍,同时也可以对比分析口腔疾病治疗前后的口颌系统功能状态。髁突运动轨迹描记仪(CADIAX)作为目前研究下颌功能运动最可靠的工具,能够精确、可靠地记录髁突运动轨迹,且分析功能强大,近年已被广泛应用于临床诊断和科研工作中。但由各种机械装置组成的CADIAX系统相对复杂,且临床操作流程相对繁琐,因此研究下颌功能运动的技术手段还有待创新。Mandibular functional movement includes mandibular movement during swallowing,chewing,and voice actions.By analyzing the mandibular functional movement and obtaining relevant clinical parameters,it is possible to evaluate the dysfunction caused by various causes,and compare and analyze the functional status of the oral and jaw system before and after the treatment of oral diseases.The computer aided diagnosis axiogragh(CADIAX)is currently the most reliable tool for studying the mandibular functional movement,which can accurately and reliably record the condyle motion trajectory and has powerful analysis functions,and has been widely used in the clinical diagnosis and scientific research in recent years.However,the CADIAX system composed of various mechanical devices is relatively complicated,and the clinical operation process is relatively cumbersome.Therefore,the technical means to study mandibular functional movement needs to be innovated in the future.
