摘　　要：他喷他多(tapentadol,1),化学名为3-[(1R,2R)-3-(二甲基氨基)-1-乙基-2-甲基丙基]苯酚,是由美国Johnson&Johnson公司和德国Grünenthal GmbH公司联合开发的新一代中枢神经系统镇痛药,并于2008年11月在美国上市[1]。他喷他多通过激动阿片μ-受体和抑制去甲肾上腺素重新摄取双重机制产生镇痛作用,可有效治疗急性、慢性和神经性疼痛。虽然他喷他多的镇痛作用低于吗啡[2],但他喷他多胃肠耐受性良好,不会引起严重的呼吸抑制,突然中止药物不会引起严重的戒断症状,因此具有良好的应用前景。As a new type of analgesic,tapentadol can effectively treat acute,chronic and neuropathic pain.It has good gastrointestinal tolerance and does not cause severe respiratory depression.Sudden discontinuation of the drug w ill not cause severe w ithdraw al symptoms,therefore Tapentadol has good application prospects.This article review s the synthetic routes of tapentadol.
