新冠疫情背景下我国家庭体育的动态发展研究

摘　　要：2020年新冠疫情席卷全球,突如其来的疫情给世界人民带来了严重恐慌,对新冠疫情期间我国家庭体育的动态发展进行研究,发现在此期间我国居民积极响应国家号召实行居家隔离,家庭场域内的体育锻炼成为居民主要的休闲活动和运动形式之一。疫情期间我国家庭体育发展得到飞速提升,呈现出前所未有的新气象,实现了家庭体育与学校体育的联动发展;推动了家庭体育消费形式由"线下+线上"向"线上"转变;群众居家体育锻炼需求促进了网络平台的体育运营;家庭体育锻炼需求刺激了运动APP产品的生存与发展。此次疫情为我国家庭体育发展提供新的契机,我们应该抓住机遇,顺应时代需求,积极为我国家庭体育事业建设贡献绵薄之力。In 2020,NCP epidemic swept the world,and the sudden epidemic brought serious panic to the people of the world. It is found that during this period,the residents of our country responded positively to the national call to implement home isolation,and physical exercise in the family field became one of the main leisure activities and sports forms. During the epidemic situation,the development of family sports in our country has been promoted rapidly,showing an unprecedented new atmosphere,realizing the linkage development between family sports and school sports,and promoting the transformation of family sports consumption form from "offline + online"to"online ". Personal physical exercise demand promotes sport online platform operation. Family exercise demand stimulates the survival and development of sports APP products. This epidemic provides a new opportunity for the development of family sports in China. We should seize the opportunity,meet the needs of the times,and actively contribute to the construction of family sports in China.
