精准扶持农村学校体育教师专业素质能力培养路径

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,对国内农村体育教师专业素质能力培养的相关研究热点进行梳理,研究发现:农村体育教师专业素质能力的培养缺少内在动力和外在刺激的相互作用,部分农村体育教师出现了思想懈怠而进入了"舒适区",缺少专业素质能力学习和培养的机会而造成的体育教学理念落后等现实挑战。亟需通过政策、经费精准协同扶持,精准结对培养,精准导向专业素质能力提升等几个方面来解决我国农村体育教师发展短板。Using the methods such as literature and logic analysis,this paper combs the relevant research hotspots on the cultivation of professional quality of rural physical education teachers in China. It finds that: the cultivation of the rural sports teachers’ professional quality is in lack of internal motivation and external stimulus,part of the rural sports teachers showed thought slack and entered the "comfort zone",the lack of professional quality and ability to learn and develop opportunity caused by the sports teaching idea behind real challenges. It is urgent to solve the shortcomings in the development of rural physical education teachers in China from the following aspects——precise policy and fund coordination support,precise pairing training,and precise guidance to improve professional quality.
