摘　　要：管理学是工程管理专业的一门专业基础课程,该课程的学习对学生未来职业发展具有非常重要的意义。在教学过程中,如何培养学生对该门课程的兴趣,调动学生的主观能动性,使学生自觉主动地学习,这对管理学的教学尤为重要。在多年管理学的教学过程中,不断总结,不断创新,设计与更新管理学教学体系,努力提高学生的到课率与听课率,完成教学目标。Management is a professional basic course of engineering management specialty.The study of this course is of great significance to students'future career development.In the teaching process,how to cultivate students'interest in the course,mobilize students'subjective initiative and make students study consciously and actively is particularly important for the teaching of management.In the teaching process of management for many years,we have constantly summarized,innovated,designed and updated the teaching system of management,worked hard to improve the attendance rate and attendance rate of students,and completed the teaching objectives.
