摘 要:介绍了高速列车、轻轨、地铁等轨道交通领域永磁同步牵引系统技术在国内外的技术研究和产业应用现状,分析说明了永磁同步牵引系统的技术优势、风险分析及预防措施,以CRHs型机车为原型,详细说明了永磁同步牵引系统样机设计过程的设计思路、关键技术和分析仿真试验。地面联调试验和装车考核结果表明,牵引控制单元、辅助控制单元、控制算法等系统核心技术安全可靠,系统效率提升3%以上。The paper introduces the technical research and industrial application status quo of permanent magnet synchronous traction system technology at home and abroad in rail transit fields of high-speed train,light rail and subway,and analyzes and explains the technical advantages, risk analysis and preventive measures of permanent magnet synchronous traction system. Taking CRH5 locomotive as a prototype, the paper explains the design ideas,key technologies and analysis simulation tests of the permanent magnet synchronous traction system in the prototype design process in detail. The results of the ground integrated test and the service test show that the system key technologies of the traction control unit,auxiliary control unit and control algorithm are safe and reliable and the system efficiency increases by more than 3%.
