补肾壮骨冲剂联合西药治疗老年性骨质疏松症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究补肾壮骨冲剂联合西药治疗老年性骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月—2019年9月江西省九江市第一人民医院内分泌科收治的80例老年性骨质疏松症患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组行西医治疗,观察组在此基础上加用补肾壮骨冲剂。比较2组的临床治疗效果、视觉疼痛模拟量表(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、Ⅰ型前胶原N端前肽(ProcollagenⅠtype N-terminal peptide,PINP)水平、Ⅰ型胶原羧基端肽β特殊序列(βC-terminal cross-linked telopeptides of typeⅠcollagen,β-CTx)水平及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为92.50%(37/40),高于对照组的70.00%(28/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的VAS评分显著低于对照组,PINP、β-CTx水平显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾壮骨冲剂联合西药在治疗老年性骨质疏松症疗效确切,可减轻关节疼痛,改善骨代谢标志物水平,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu granules combined with western medicine on pain and bone metabolism markers in elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods Eighty senile osteoporosis patients who were treated in the First People’s Hospital of Jiujiang from August 2017 to September 2019 were selected, and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 40 patients in each. The control group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was supplemented with Bushen Zhuanggu granules. T Clinical efficacy, Visual analogue scale(VAS), Procollagen I type N-terminal peptide(PINP) level, and special sequence of carboxy-terminal peptide β of type I were compared between the two groups C-terminal cross-linked Telopeptides of Type I Collagen(β-CTX) levels and the overall incidence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%(37/40), which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%(28/40)),and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). VAS score after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and PINP and β-CTX levels were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P <0.05). The total incidence of adr in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Bushen Zhuanggu Granules combined with western medicine has a definite curative effect in the treatment of senile osteoporosis, and has high safety, which can reduce joint pain and improve bone metabolism markers.
