摘　　要：在汽车内表面喷涂采用全自动机器人从事开门、开盖及喷涂作业的情况下,总结了涂装内喷机器人策划阶段需要考虑的问题以及常见问题(如静电高压报警和雾化器污染)的规避方法。Aiming at a painting line adopting fully automatic robots to door opening,cover opening,and spraying operations for interior walls of car body,the problems needing consideration in the planning stage of robotic interior-wall spraying and the methods to avoid some common problems such as electrostatic high-voltage alarm and atomizer contamination were summarized.
