摘  要:探究性别对感性工学在设计应用中的影响,优化感性工学应用流程。通过文献研究总结感性工学在设计中应用流程,依据性别提出研究假设,然后针对色彩这一感性需求进行实验设计,采用单因素方差分析对实验数据进行检验,最后根据检验结果提出感性工学在设计应用中的优化建议。考虑性别与不考虑性别两个水平在色彩感性需求之间存在显著差异,单独男性群体对蓝色评分均值最大,单独女性群体对粉色评分均值最大,男女混合群体对绿色评分均值最大。感性工学在设计领域应用广泛,但目前感性工学在设计中的应用流程存在误差,不能以群体均值代表每个特定群体对产品的情感需求,需要考虑控制性别以减少误差。The study aims to explore the influence of gender on the Kansei Engineering in design application, and optimizes its’ application process. First it summarizes the application process of Kansei Engineering in design through literature research, and proposes research hypotheses based on gender. Then it conducts experiment for the perceptual demand of color, and uses one-way analysis of variance to analyze the experimental data. Finally it proposes optimization suggestions for the Kansei Engineering in design application. It shows that there is a significant difference between the two levels of gender-consideration and gender not-consideration in color perceptual demand, and the largest average score of male group is blue, the largest average score of female group is pink, the largest average score of mixed group is green. Kansei engineering is widely used in design, but the current application process of Kansei engineering has errors, because the average score cannot be used to represent the perceptual demand of special group, so it is necessary to control gender to reduce errors.
