摘　　要：金元时期著名针灸学家窦汉卿倡导针法,对针刺补泻方法论述详实,对后世针刺补泻的发展起到了推动作用。通过对其学术思想的探源,认为其理论主要来源于《素问》和《难经》。同时根据窦汉卿《针经指南》对其针刺补泻进行分析论证,凝练针刺补泻特色,以期为针刺治疗提供参考和借鉴。Dou Hanqing advocated needling and elaborated the methods of acupuncture reinforcing and reducing in detail,which promoted the development of acupuncture reinforcing and reducing in later generations.Through exploring the source of Dou's academic thought,it is considered that his theory mainly comes from Suwen and Nanjing.At the same time,according to Dou's guide to Acupuncture Classics,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the characteristics of acupuncture reinforcing and reducing,in order to provide reference for acupuncture therapy.
