摘 要:非龋性颈部病损是牙体硬组织的一种常见疾病,也常称为楔状缺损,发病率随年龄增高而增高,临床中主要以复合树脂直接粘结术进行修复,但易发生术后敏感、充填体脱落、边缘变色等问题,树脂的聚合收缩是其主要原因。分层充填对树脂的聚合收缩并无确切改善,而嵌体技术可使树脂聚合完全,消除收缩应力,增强物理性能。直接法树脂嵌体,也称直接-间接法树脂修复技术,其相比间接法嵌体无需患者二次就诊,且多项关于直接-间接法树脂修复非龋性颈部病损的研究表明该技术相比直接粘接术可提高固位率并减轻术后敏感或边缘微渗漏,值得在临床中推广。故本文对这一技术的操作方法、材料选择、牙面及修复体内面处理等的研究进展做一介绍,并对其技术优势、适应证等进行总结,为临床治疗方法的选择和操作提供参考。Non-carious cervical lesionis one of the most common defects of tooth hard tissues,also named wedge-shaped defect.Direct adhesive restoration is usually applied to restore the defect,but there were some undesirable clinical problems,such as:dentinal sensitivity,low lasting rate,marginal discoloration and so on.The polymerization shrinkage of resin was the main reason,layered filling technique did not exactly improve it,however,the inlay technology could completely polymerize the resin,eliminate shrinkage stress,and enhance physical properties.Direct composite inlay,also known as direct-indirect technology,did not need twice visits compared with indirect method.Some studies have shown direct composite inlay could improve retention and reduce postoperative sensitivity or marginal microleakage in restoring wedge-shaped defect than direct adhesive restoration so it worth being applied in the clinic.Therefore,this paper is conducted to introduce the research progress of the operation method,material selection,pretreatment of dental surfaces and inlays of the technology,inaddition to summarize its technical advantages and indications to provide a reference for the selection and operation of clinical treatment.
