摘　　要：目的探讨信息技术在护理规范化操作技能培训中的应用效果。方法将2017年7月—2019年10月在某科室进行规范化培训的护士按照轮转安排表将其设为对照组和研究组,对照组按传统方法进行护理操作技术培训、练习和考核,研究组将图像、视频等信息技术融合,以操作示范—练习—反馈—再练习—考核的模式进行培训。结果在规范化培训护士的临床操作技能培训中应用信息技术后,护士的操作考核成绩有明显提升。结论在护士规范化临床实践培训中应用信息技术,通过图像、视频采集等方法能准确、直观、有效地梳理出护士在操作流程、重难点掌握、应急处理能力等方面的不足,及时给予反馈,有助于护士有针对性地进行修正,教学质量明显提高。Objective Discuss the application effect of information technology in operation skills training of standardized training of nurses.Methods Nurses who received standardized training in our department from July 2017 to October 2019 were divided into Control Group and study Group by the schedule of rotation.The Control Group were trained,practiced and evaluated the nursing operation technique with the traditional operation training method,and the Study Group integrated the information technique such as image and video into the nursing operation demonstration.The Study Group should be trained in the mode of demonstration-practice-feedback-re-practice-assessment.Results After the application of information technology in the standardized training of nursing operation skills,the scores of assessment improved significantly.Conclusion Using information technology in standardized clinical practice training for nurses,we can accurately,intuitively and effectively sort out the deficiencies of nurses in operating procedures,mastering important and difficult points,and emergency handling ability through image and video acquisition and other methods.Giving feedback in time is helpful for nurses to correct pertinently,and the teaching quality has been markedly improved.
