中医“齐一”思想

摘　　要：中医是一门重视整体的医学,整体观念的体现之一,就是中医的“齐一”思想。中医认为人体各个部分的律动有着内在的一致关系,是一个动态的整体。人的健康状态中,形体气血,精神情志,精神与肉体,人体与天地的运行等各个层面都要“齐一”。治疗疾病,也就是要着眼于恢复人体的“齐一”状态。“齐一”思想贯穿于中医诊断和治疗疾病中,是一种值得重视的医学思想。Traditional Chinese medicine is a kind of medicine that attaches great importance to the whole.One of the embodiments of the whole concept is the thought of‘one and the same’in traditional Chinese medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the rhythm of each part of the human body has an internal consistent relationship,is a dynamic whole.In the healthy state of people,the body qi and blood,the spirit and sentiment,the spirit and the body,the human body and the movement of heaven and earth and other levels should be‘one and the same’.The cure for disease is to focus on restoring the‘one and the same’state of the body.The thought of‘one and the same’runs through the diagnosis and treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
