摘　　要：骨髓衰竭综合征(BMFS)是一组源于造血干细胞和(或)祖细胞损伤的骨髓衰竭疾病。文章主要针对重型再生障碍性贫血(SAA)、纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血(PRCA)、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症(PNH)等疾病的治则治法展开讨论。梁冰教授认为此类疾病病位在肾,提出从肾论治,补肾乃基本大法,再分别施以解毒、补血、扶正、活血利湿等,其特色鲜明,疗效突出。附病案2则,以供探讨。Bone marrow failure syndrome(BMFS)is a group of bone marrow failure diseases resulting from hematopoietic stem and(or)progenitor cell damage.This article mainly focuses on the discussion of treating severe aplatic animia(SAA),pure red blood cell aplasticanemia(PRCA),myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS),paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinemia(PNH).From LIANG Bing’s perspective,the onset of this type of disease is in the kidney,then he proposed that the treatment should be based on the kidney,and tonifying the kidney is the basic method,and then detoxification,blood support,strengthen the body,invigorate the blood and remove dampness are given separately.This kind of treatment has distinctive features and outstanding curative effects.Among the many types of BMFS,Two medical records are attached for discussion.
