摘　　要：针药相须流派是以“针药相须”为学术主旨,在临床践行和发展传承的医生群体。古代医家即认为该学术思想是成为“良医”的前提,多番强调,警醒后世。在清末民国时期的岭南地区,以夏祥麟为首的医家重申了针药相须的临证思想,经过几代人的传承,形成了具有清晰传承脉络的医生群体。文章溯其源,承其流,探讨其流派的学术思想和诊疗特色,介绍在当代岭南地区的发展现状和大体传承脉络。针灸学术流派的形成对促进中医针灸医学发展具有重要意义,故借此梳理,供同道交流。‘Acupuncture-moxibustion and herbal medicine combination school’is a group of doctors which taking‘acupuncture-moxibustion and herbal medicine combination’as the academic theme,practicing and developing in clinical.Ancient medical scholars believed that this way was the premise of becoming a‘skilled doctor’,and they emphasized it repeatedly to alert later generations.In the period of late Qing dynasty to the Republic of China,XIA Xiang-lin reiterated the clinical thought of acupuncture-moxibustion and herbal medicine combination in southern China,and after several generations of inheritance,a group of doctors with a clear line of inheritance was formed.In this paper,we start from the production origin of Chinese medical schools to present the forming and developing process of the acupuncture and herbal medicine combination school.The current representatives of the school were introduced,and their main academic idea and clinical skills were described.The formation of academic schools of acupuncture and moxibustion plays an important role in promoting the development of acupuncture and moxibustion medicine.At last,to sort out,for peer’s communication.
