摘　　要：中国蒙医整骨术以骨折自我与自然固定理念、结构与功能固定属性特征及其特质传继与沿用至今,其具有取材方便、方法简单、费用低廉,且痛苦小、愈合快、恢复好等优势。基于其原创观念及临床实践疗效,利用现代生理心理、骨伤生物力学等多学科理论及方法深耕骨折状态固定理念、属性固定特征及其特质很有必要。研究发现:它立足于人体肢体与全身一体、躯体与功能统一、人与自然和谐“天人合一”生命整体观认知,沉积下了骨折自我与自然固定理念特征,具有自我与自然、封闭与开放、本能与功能特质;它立足于人体肢体与全身一体、躯体与功能统一“身心合一”生命局部观认知,积淀下了骨折结构与功能固定属性特征,具有“以力对力”与“动静合一”特质。这是它传继与沿用至今的根本给力点,更是当今骨折固定疗法整体、动态、功能化的发展方向,传承与弘扬意义深远。Fracture Fixation of Chinese Mongolian Medicine Osteopathy is being inherited and passed on until today on account of the concept of the ego and the idea of nature,structural and functional attributes and its characteristics.It has many advantages,convenient to get materials,simple approaches,low cost,little pain,fast healing,good recovery and so on.Based on the original idea and clinical practice,it takes advantage of multiple discipline theory and methods like modern physiological psychology,bone biomechanics,etc.to plough deeply its fracture fixation concept,nature and characteristics,which is highly necessary and significant.The research findings are as follows.Firstly,it is established in holistic outlook of life cognition,that is,human limb and body as a whole,unity of body and function and harmony between man and nature,which formed characteristics of ego and nature,and it holds peculiarity of ego and nature,closed and open,instinct and function.Secondly,it is established in partial outlook of life cognition,that is,human limb and body as a whole,unity of body and function and harmony of body and mind,which formed characteristics of structure and function of fracture,and it holds peculiarity of force with force,unity of movement and static condition.These are the reasons why it can be inherited and passed on until today.In addition,it is as well the direction of modern fracture fixation develop towards overall,dynamic,and functional one,which has a significant meaning on inheritance and promotion.
