摘 要:为顺应新商科背景下经管类人才培养模式改革,培养创新型人才,在高校日益重视学科竞赛的环境下,针对企业经营模拟实验课程提出了竞教协同下的课程改革方案,以省A类学科竞赛为载体,依托学科竞赛和实验教学协同机制,制定运营者、分析师、领导者的三阶式培养目标,重塑实验教学目标,重构实验教学体系,完善教学任务及其价值引导,提升具有高阶思维能力的新商科人才培养质量。In order to adapt to the reform of training mode for economics and management talents under the new business management, and to cultivate innovative talents, in an environment where colleges and universities pay more and more attention to discipline competition, a curriculum reform plan under the cooperation between competition and teaching is proposed for the course of enterprise operation simulation experiment. Based on the provincial class A discipline competition as the carrier, relying on the collaborative mechanism of discipline competition and experimental teaching, the three-step training objectives of operators, analysts and leaders are formulated, the experimental teaching objectives are reshaped, the experimental teaching system is reconstructed,the teaching tasks and value guidance are improved, and the training quality of new business talents with high-level thinking ability is improved.
