21世纪俄罗斯对外语言政策对中国高校俄语教育的启示

摘　　要：该文在语言政策定义及分类的理论基础上,介绍了俄罗斯21世纪对外语言政策的制定背景及内容,分析了政策实施效果,着重描述了俄罗斯以推广俄语教育为目标建立"普希金学院"合作网的政策背景,以中国高校加入该合作网为实例,分析俄罗斯在境外实施的俄语及其文化推广政策的影响,得出俄罗斯对外语言政策实施对中国高校俄语教育的启示:加强语言教育,重视文化传承;高校师生各取所需,充分利用优质网络资源;尝试多领域语言服务教育,培养全方面俄语人才。On the basis of the definition and classification of language policy, this paper introduced the background and content of foreign language policy in Russia in the 21 st century,and analyzed the effect of the policy implementation. This paper mainly described the background of how Russia establishing the cooperation network of"Pushkin College", taking Chinese universities joining in the network for instance, analyzed the influence of Russian’s language and cultural promotion policy. And then it came out with the enlightenment of Russian foreign language policy to Russian education in Chinese universities: promoting Russian education, emphasizing culture heritage;teachers and students each taking what they need, making full use of high-quality online resources from Russia;trying language service education in multi-sector, cultivating all-round Russian talents.
