摘　　要：目的:建立乌鲁木齐地区正常牙合成人软组织侧貌Holdaway分析法正常参考值范围,比较乌鲁木齐人与北美白人及乌鲁木齐男女之间软组织侧貌差异,分析乌鲁木齐人软组织侧貌特征。方法:调查2000名乌鲁木齐籍大学生,从中获得70名正常牙合学生,随机选取正常牙合学生53名(男25名,女28名),拍摄其X线头颅侧位片,用Winceph9.0软件定点描图,用Holdaway分析法测量分析,最后用SPSS 22.0统计软件对数据进行统计学处理,将结果与北美白人正常值进行比较。结果:乌鲁木齐男性和女性上唇基部厚度、上唇软组织厚度、颏唇沟深度之间比较,差异有统计学意义。乌鲁木齐人和北美白人除软组织面角之间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余测量项目比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论:乌鲁木齐男性较女性唇部软组织丰满、颏唇沟深,乌鲁木齐人软组织侧貌与北美白人之间存在差异;不同民族、不同地区和不同性别的人们软组织侧貌特征不同,医者在临床治疗方案设计中需要综合考虑这些因素。Objective To establish the normal reference value of Holdaway analysis method for normal occlusion human in Urumqi,compare the differences of soft tissue profile between Urumqi people and White people in North America and between men and women in Urumqi,and analyze the characteristics of soft tissue profile of Urumqi people.Methods Collected 74 normal occlusion students from 2000 college students in Urumqi,53 normal Occlusion student(28 females and 25 males)were randomly selected.X-ray cephalometric radiographs were taken for each selected student,markered point fixed with Winceph 9.0 cephalometric software and the data were measured and analyzed by Holdaway analysis method.Finally,SPSS 22.0 statistical software was used to conduct statistical processing,and the data were compared with the data of North American Whites.Results There were significant differences in basic upper lip thickness,upper lip thickness and lower lip sulcus depth between males and females in Urumqi.Except for soft tissue facial angle,lower lip to H line and lower lip sulcus depth,there were significant differences in other indexes between North American Whites and Urumqi people(P>0.05).Conclusion The lip soft tissue of males in Urumqi is plentiful and the mentolabial sulcus is deeper than females.There are differences in the profile of soft tissue between Urmqi people and North American Whites.Different regions and different genders have different soft tissue characteristics,we need to consider these factors in the design of clinical treatment plan.
