中药涂擦联合窄谱强脉冲光治疗烧伤后皮肤色素异常临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:对比中药涂擦联合窄谱强脉冲光与单纯中药涂擦和单纯窄谱强脉冲光三种不同方法治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤后色素异常的临床疗效。方法:选择105例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为实验组、对照1组和对照2组,每组35例。实验组采用2个疗程中药涂擦结合2次窄谱强脉冲光治疗,对照1组采用单纯中药涂擦治疗,对照2组采用单纯强脉冲光治疗。比较三组患者治疗结束1个月后的治疗效果及满意度情况。结果:实验组总有效率为93.44%,高于对照1组的73.48%和对照2组的82.11%,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两对照组总有效率比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药涂擦结合强脉冲光治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤后皮肤色素异常,疗效肯定、疗程短,患者满意度高,可临床推广使用。Objective To compare the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine rubbing combined with Dye Pulsed Light,Traditional Chinese Medicine rubbing alone and Dye Pulsed Light alone in the treatment of pigment abnormality after deep second degree burn in clinical.Methods 105 patients with deep second degree burn were divided into three groups based on different treatment methods:the experimental group,control group 1 and control group 2.The experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Dye Pulsed Light,control group 1 was treated with traditional Chinese medicine alone,and control group 2 was treated with Dye Pulsed Light alone.The treatment effect and satisfaction of the three groups were compared one month after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.44%,which was higher than control group 1(73.48%)and control group 2(82.11%).The difference between the treatment group and the control groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate difference between control group 1 and 2 was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Dye Pulsed Light can be widely used in the treatment of skin pigmentation after deep second degree burn,for it is more effective,the course is shorter,and the satisfaction of the patients is higher.
