摘  要:新文科建设作为国家高等教育发展战略的核心之一,是高等教育内涵发展的必然要求,亦是构建中国特色高等教育文科人才培养体系的重要举措。打造中国特色的文科教育体系应以尊重规律、立足国情、守正创新、分类推进为导向。在具体的实践中,明确总体目标,提供文科教育方向指引;强化价值引领,推进立德树人落地落实;促进专业优化,提升文科专业建设水平;建立课程体系,促进文科教育提质升级;推动模式创新,契合国家发展战略需要;打造质量文化,切实提高文科教育质量。As one of the core of national higher education development strategies,the construction of new liberal arts is an inevitable requirement for the development of the connotation of higher education,and it is also an important measure to build a higher education humanities training system with Chinese characteristics.The construction of a liberal arts education system with Chinese characteristics should be guided by respect for laws,based on national conditions,upright innovation,and classified promotion.In specific practice,we should clarify the overall goal and provide guidance on the direction of liberal arts education;strengthen value guidance and promote the implementation of cultivating talent of high moral standards;promote professional optimization and improve the level of liberal arts professional construction;consolidate the curriculum system to promote the quality and upgrade of liberal arts education.
