摘 要:目的探讨Foxp3^(+)调节性T细胞与前列腺癌组织中淋巴管和微血管密度的相关性。方法自2015年1月至2020年11月,收集我院收治的前列腺癌患者100例作为观察组,同期收集前列腺增生患者100例作为对照组。观察两组前列腺组织中调节性T细胞、淋巴管、微血管标记物表达情况差异。同时分析调节性T细胞与前列腺癌组织中淋巴管、微血管密度的相关性。结果与对照组比较,前列腺癌组织中调节性T细胞、淋巴管密度和微血管密度均显著增高;与癌旁组织比较,前列腺癌组织中调节性T细胞、淋巴管、微血管密度也显著增高。前列腺癌组织中调节性T细胞与淋巴管、微血管密度呈显著正相关;前列腺癌患者Gleason评分与调节性T细胞、淋巴管、微血管密度显著正相关;前列腺癌患者前列腺特异性抗原与调节性T细胞、淋巴管、微血管密度均显著正相关。结论Foxp3^(+)调节性T细胞在前列腺癌组织中高表达,与前列腺癌组织中淋巴管、微血管密度正相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between Foxp3+regulatory T cells and the density of lymphatic vessel and microvessel in prostate cancer.Methods From January 2015 to November 2020,100 patients with prostate cancer in our hospital were collected as an observation group and 100 patients with prostate hyperplasia as a control group.The expression of regulatory T cells,lymphatic vessels and micrangium markers in two groups of prostate tissues was observed.At the same time,the correlation between regulatory T cells and the density of lymphatic vessel and microvessel in prostate cancer were analyzed.Results When compared with the control group,the regulatory T cells,the lymphatic vessel density and the microvessel density increased significantly in the prostate cancer tissues.When compared with para-carcinoma tissues,regulatory T cells,lymphatic vessels and microvessel density in prostate cancer tissues also increased significantly.The regulatory T cells in prostate cancer tissues were positively correlated with lymphatic vessel and microvessel density.Gleason score was positively correlated with the density of regulatory T cells,lymphatic vessel and microvessel.There was a significant positive correlation between prostate specific antigen and regulatory T cell,lymphatic vessel and microvessel density.Conclusion The high expression of Foxp3+regulatory T cells in prostate cancer tissue is positively related to the density of lymphatic vessels and microvessel.
