摘  要:通过梳理国内创新创业课程体系存在的问题,并借鉴国内外高校构建创新创业课程体系的经验,将模拟仿真与体验式课程运用于创新创业教育,探索适合社会发展、满足行业需求、符合人才发展规律的实用型的课程体系。依托广城·珠啤新零售产业学院,分析新零售知识框架构成,解析新零售创新创业人才所需的知识、能力、素质,遵循新零售创新创业人才培养规律,构建新零售模拟仿真与体验式创新创业课程模块,实现从新人到新零售店员、助理店长、零售店长、新零售创业人员的职业岗位阶梯式培养路径,同时对课程体系设置及实施给出有益的建议。This paper summarizes the problems existing in the domestic innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,and draws on the experience of domestic and foreign universities in constructing innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system,applies simulation and experiential courses to innovation and entrepreneurship education,and explores a practical curriculum system that is suitable for social development,meets the needs of the industry and conforms to the law of talent development.Based upon Guangcheng Zhupi New Retail Industry College,this paper analyzes the structure of new retail knowledge framework,analyzes the knowledge,ability and quality of new retail innovation and entrepreneurship talents,constructs the new retail simulation and experiential innovation and entrepreneurship course module,and gives suggestions on the establishment and implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship simulation and experiential course system.
