摘　　要：作为旅游管理专业的一门专业核心课程,“旅游项目策划”课具有较强的实践性、协作性、创新性等特点。在阐述“以学为中心”教学理念内涵的基础上,结合实际,从教学模式设计、创建“以学为中心”的教学过程和教学考核设计三个方面,构建“以学为中心”的“旅游项目策划”课程线上线下混合式教学模式设计。As a core course of tourism management major,Tourism Project Planning is characterized by strong practicality,collaboration and innovation.On the basis of explaining the connotation of"learning-centered"education concept and combining with the reality of Yancheng Institute of Technology,this paper constructs a"learning-centered"online and offline blended teaching design of Tourism Project Planning from three aspects:teaching mode design,teaching process creation and teaching assessment design.
