企业间信任、知识共享宽度与供应链企业创新绩效

摘　　要：以我国长三角以及长江经济带中上游地区236家企业的调查数据为样本,利用结构方程模型对企业间信任、知识共享宽度与供应链企业创新绩效之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明,企业间信任对知识共享宽度具有显著正向影响;知识共享宽度对供应链企业创新绩效有一定积极影响;知识共享宽度在企业间信任与供应链企业创新绩效之间起着显著的中介作用。研究结果揭示了企业间信任对供应链企业创新绩效的影响路径,为供应链企业提高创新绩效提供理论指导和实践启示。Taking the survey data of 236 enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta and the middle and upper reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the sample,the structural equation model is used to conduct an empirical study on the relationship between enterprise trust,knowledge sharing width and supply chain enterprise innovation performance.The results show that interfirm trust has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing width;knowledge sharing width has a positive impact on supply chain enterprise innovation performance,and it plays a intermediary role between interfirm trust and supply chain enterprise innovation performance.The research results reveal the influence path of the interfirm trust on the innovation performance of the supply chain enterprise,and provide theoretical guidance and practical enlightenment for the supply chain enterprises to improve the innovation performance.
