摘  要:为满足舒城大兰花茶机械化加工的技术需求,文章对大兰花茶的生产工艺与生产线构建开展研究。基于大兰花茶加工工艺,设计了大兰花茶连续化、机械化加工生产线,并介绍了关键设备的主要参数和操作技术要点。针对大兰花茶生产工艺中的难点问题,即如何减轻苦涩味和如何提高外形品质,提出了针对性的解决方案。该生产线加工的产品品质达到了预期要求,优于传统人工加工产品。同时,文章为兰花形绿茶的连续化、机械化生产提供了参考依据与技术示范。In order to meet the technical requirements of the mechanized processing of Shucheng Large Orchid Tea,this article studied the tea processing technology and production line construction.Based on the processing technology of the tea,a continuous and mechanized production line of the large orchid tea was designed and the main parameters of key equipment and the key operating techniques were introduced.Aiming at the difficult problems in the production process of the large orchid tea:reducing its bitterness and improving the shape,a mechanized processing technology of large orchid tea has been proposed.The results showed that the quality of the products processed by this production line met the expected requirements and was better than traditional artificial processed products.This article also provided a reference basis and technology demonstration for the continuous and mechanized production of the large orchid tea.
