摘  要:针对滚筒杀青机存在杀青效率低、杀青叶品质不稳定的问题,文章基于离散元分析法,运用EDEM软件对滚筒中的杀青叶进行仿真模拟,获取杀青叶在杀青过程中的运动学及动力学曲线,对滚筒杀青机的关键结构参数进行优化设计。为了验证仿真的正确性,以6CST-60型电加热式滚筒杀青机为试验对象,以六安瓜片茶鲜叶为原料,流量为110 kg/h,在正常排湿条件下进行杀青试验,选取杀青叶适度率及劣变率为评价指标,设计三因素三水平的二次正交旋转组合试验,并运用Design-Expert 8.0.6软件对试验结果进行方差及回归分析。结果表明,影响杀青效果因素依次为:滚筒转速、导叶板升角、导叶板数量;当滚筒转速为26.68 r/min,导叶板升角为16.07°,导叶板数量为5时,杀青叶适度率为96.17%,劣变率为1.28%,杀青品质较优。研究可为茶机设计人员对相关茶机设计提供理论参考。In order to solve the problems of low fixation efficiency and unstable quality of fixation leaves in cylinder fixation machine,this paper,used EDEM software to simulate the cyaniding process of the drum based on the discrete element analysis method and obtained the kinematics and dynamics curves of the blade.As a result,the key structural parameters of the cylinder fixation machine were optimized.In order to verify the correctness of the simulation,the 6CST-60 electric heating type cylinder fixation machine was used as the test object,while the fresh leaves of Lu’an Guapian tea as the sample.With the flow rate of 110 kg/h,the experiment was carried out under the condition of normal moisture removal,selecting the appropriate rate and deterioration rate of the fixation leaves as the evaluation index,the quadratic orthogonal rotation combination test with three factors and three levels was designed,and the variance and regression analysis of the test results were conducted by using Design-Expert 8.0.6 software.The results showed that the influencing factors of sterilization effect were as follows:drum speed,guide vane plate angle,guide vane plate number;when the drum speed was 26.68 r/min,the guide vane plate angle was 16.07°and the number of guide vane plates was 5,the moderate rate of fixation was 96.17%,the deterioration rate was 1.28%,and the disinfection quality was better.This study can provide theoretical reference for tea machine designers to design tea machine.
