急性脑梗死患者血栓弹力图与凝血功能相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析急性脑梗死患者血栓弹力图与凝血功能相关性。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月本院收治的120例急性脑梗死患者作为观察组,选择同期在本院进行体检的健康人群40名为对照组。所有患者均进行血栓弹力图检测、凝血功能检测,并对两者之间的相关性进行分析。结果:观察组各亚组的R、K、α角、MA同对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组重度患者的R、K比中度、轻度患者低,而α角、MA值高于中度、轻度患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不同病情程度患者的TT、PT、FIB、DD与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且对比TT、PT,重度患者<中度<轻度,比较FIB、DD,则重度>中度>轻度,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的R、K同APTT、TT、PT呈正相关,与FIB、DD呈负相关,α角、MA、Cl同APTT、TT、PT为负相关,同FIB、DD呈正相关(P均<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者的血栓弹力图参数与凝血功能具有高度相关性,联合2种检查可为疾病诊治提供参考。Objective To study the correlation analysis of thromboelastogram and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods This time,120 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were included as the observation group.The control group was 40 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period.All subjects were tested for thromboelastography and coagulation function,and the correlation between the two was analyzed.Results The R,K,αangles,MA,TT,PT,FIB,and DD of each subgroup of the observation group were different from those of the control group(P<0.05);The R,K,TT,and PT of severe patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group.For moderate patients and mild patients,theαangle,MA value,FIB,and DD were higher than those of moderate patients and mild patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);R and K of the observation group were the same as APTT,TT,PT It is positively correlated and negatively correlated with FIB and DD,αangle,MA,Cl are negatively correlated with APTT,TT,and PT,and positively correlated with FIB and DD,P<0.05.Conclusion There is a significant correlation between the thromboelastogram parameters and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.The combination of the two examinations can provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
