摘 要:商合杭高铁芜湖长江公铁大桥主桥是主跨为588 m的非对称矮塔斜拉桥。门型高低塔高分别为155.0 m、130.5 m,桥塔采用液压爬模施工,上横梁与两侧对应塔柱同步采用不落地支架分3层施工,研究采用门型内倾塔柱合龙前塔梁索同步施工以加快施工进度。1234.6 m长联钢梁仅在主跨跨中设合龙口,除2个主塔墩和辅助墩墩顶节段采用浮吊辅助架设外,其余均采用800 t变幅式架梁吊机“分层变幅”悬臂架设,跨中合龙段按先铁路、再公路、后斜杆和中竖杆的顺序合龙。通过软硬牵引结合、研发1600 t张拉系统,实现了大规格平行钢丝斜拉索狭小锚固空间挂设、同步对称张拉要求。The main bridge of Wuhu Yangtze River Rail-cum-road Bridge on Shangqiu-Hefei-Hangzhou High Speed Railway is an asymmetrical cable-stayed bridge with the main span of 588 m.The height of portal and low pylon is 155.0 m and 130.5 m respectively.Hydraulic climbing formwork is applied in bridge tower,while the upper transverse beam and corresponding tower columns on both sides are constructed synchronously in three layers with non-ground stands.It is analyzed that the synchronous construction method of tower,beam and cable shall be carried out before closure of portal and inward-inclined tower column to accelerate the construction progress.The 1234.6 m long steel truss girder is only provided with a closure mouth in the main span.Except for the two main tower piers and the auxiliary pier top segment,which are erected with the support of floating crane,the rest are erected by the method of“shifting in two halves and in layers”using derrick crane of 800 t,and the mid-span closure segments are closed in the sequence of railway,highway,rear batter posts and middle upright posts.Through the combination of soft and hard traction and the research&development of 1600 t tensioning system,the requirements for the hanging as well as synchronous and symmetrical tensioning of large specification parallel wire stay cable in narrow anchorage space are achieved.
