摘 要:以某V型刚构桥为工程背景,在总结已有工程经验的基础上,结合本工程特有的结构特点、场地条件、施工工艺等情况,从转动结构设计、主梁力学特性以及球铰有限元分析等方面,对影响转体平衡的主因、转动球铰的应力分布、施工监控等关键问题进行研究:(1)对转体系统中关键部位进行详细计算,设计称重试验并对风荷载作用下T构稳定性进行验算,得出桥梁合理安全的配重方案。(2)运用ANSYS有限元模型建立球铰接触分析模型,研究转动球铰在静力荷载作用下的应力分布规律。(3)研究V型墩墩身与承台及其接触区域在最不利工况下的应力分布规律。研究解决了小半径曲线下桥梁的偏心、偏重、纵坡大等技术难题,为公路上跨铁路立交桥方案提供了新的设计思路,具有普遍的推广意义。Taking a V-shaped rigid frame bridge as the engineering background,on the basis of summing up the existing engineering experience and in combination with the unique structural characteristics,site conditions and construction technology of the Project,the key problems such as the main factors affecting the balance of swivel,the stress distribution of rotating spherical hinge and the construction monitoring are studied from such aspects as the design of rotating structure,the mechanical characteristics of main girder and the finite element analysis of spherical hinge:(1)Carry out detailed calculation of the key parts in swivel system,design weighing test and validate the stability of T structure under the action of wind load to obtain the safe and reasonable counterweight scheme.(2)Use ANSYS finite element model to establish the contact analysis model of spherical hinge and study the stress distribution law of rotating spherical hinge under static load.(3)Study the stress distribution law of V-shaped pier shaft,pile cap and their contact area under the most unfavorable working condition.The research has solved the technical problems such as eccentricity,unbalanced weight and large longitudinal slope of bridge under small radius curve,and provided a new design idea for the railway overpass scheme of highway,which has universal popularization significance.
