摘  要:文章针对改善连续液混式生产工艺的膨化硝铵炸药流散性的技术措施,采用理论结合实践的方法,先分析了硝铵炸药的特点和危险特性,接着探讨了影响硝铵膨化效果的主要因素和处理对策,最后分析了致使膨化硝铵炸药流散性差的原因,提出相应的改善技术措施。分析结果表明,膨化硝铵炸药是目前工业领域应用最为广泛的炸药种类之一,但长期以来此种炸药的流散性都比较差,特别是在南方高温高湿季节更甚。为解决这一问题,需要先提升硝铵炸药的膨化效果,再结合影响流散性的主要因素,选择有针对性的改善技术,才能最大限度上提升膨化硝铵炸药使用的效果,值得高度重视。Aiming at the technical way to improve the fluidity of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive in continuous liquid mixing production process,this paper first analyzes the characteristics and dangerous characteristics of ammonium nitrate explosive by combining theory with practice,then discusses the main factors affecting the expansion effect of ammonium nitrate and treatment countermeasures,and finally analyzes the reasons for the poor fluidity of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.The results show that the expanded ammonium nitrate explosive is one of the most widely used explosives in the industrial field,but its fluidity is poor for a long time,especially in the high temperature and high humidity season in South China.In order to solve this problem,it is necessary to first improve the expansion effect of ammonium nitrate explosive,and then select the targeted improvement technology combined with the main factors affecting the fluidity.In order to maximize the use effect of expanded ammonium nitrate explosive,it is worthy of great attention.
