慢性牙周炎患者牙龈组织中Shh的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨Shh、TNF-α、IL-6在慢性牙周炎发生发展过程中的作用。方法:健康对照组、轻度慢性牙周炎组、中度慢性牙周炎组、重度慢性牙周炎组各20例,切取牙龈组织进行石蜡包埋,采用免疫组化SP法观察Shh、TNF-α和IL-6在牙龈组织中的表达情况。结果:Shh、TNF-α和IL-6在慢性牙周炎组中的表达均高于健康对照组(P<0.05),且表达程度随着炎症程度的增加而增高(P<0.05),并与牙周袋的深度、临床附着丧失、牙龈出血指数呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Shh可能成为判断慢性牙周炎发生发展的新指标。Aim:To investigate the possible roles of Shh,TNF-αand IL-6 in the occurrence and development of chronic periodontitis.Methods:A total of 60 patients were selected and allocated into 3 groups,20 in each group,which were mild,moderate and severe chronic periodontitis groups.Twenty healthy controls were chosen as control.The gingival tissue was embedded in paraffin and the expressions of Shh,TNF-αand IL-6 were observed by immunohistochemical SP staining.Results:The expression levels of Shh,TNF-αand IL-6 in the chronic periodontitis groups were higher than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05),and the expression levels increased with the aggravation of inflammation(P<0.05).Periodontal probing depth,clinical attachment loss,and gingival bleeding index were positively correlated with the expression levels of Shh,TNF-αand IL-6(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shh could be a new molecular target for the occurrence and development of chronic periodontitis.
