ErYAG激光去龋在乳牙间接盖髓治疗中的实施效果

摘　　要：目的探究Er:YAG激光去龋在乳牙间接盖髓治疗中的应用效果。方法本次纳入2017年2月—2019年5月的62例小儿患者,随机投掷法分两组,对照组31例行传统手机去龋方式;试验组31例行ErYAG激光去龋方式。比较两组随访成功率、失败率与术后VAS疼痛指数评分。结果试验组7 d、5个月成功率为(96.77%)、(90.32%)高于对照组(90.32%)(83.87%);试验组7 d、5个月失败率(3.23%)、(9.68%)低于对照组(9.68%)、(16.13%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组9个月、12个月成功率(90.32%)、(90.32%)高于对照组(67.74%)、(64.52%);试验组9个月、12个月失败率(9.68%)、(9.68%)低于对照组(32.26%)、(35.48%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组术后VAS疼痛指数评分(4.31±0.62)分、(3.57±0.45)分、(2.17±0.34)分低于对照组(5.97±0.81)分、(4.98±0.65)分、(4.11±0.52)分(P<0.05)。结论ErYAG激光对低龄患者龋坏乳牙行间接盖髓治疗具有实施价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of Er:YAG laser caries removal in indirect pulp capping treatment of deciduous teeth.Methods A total of 62 pediatric patients from February 2017 to May 2019 were included in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups by throwing method.Experimental group 31 received ErYAG laser removal.The success rate,failure rate and postoperative VAS pain index were compared between the two groups.Results The success rates at 7 days and 5 months in the experimental group were(96.77%)and(90.32%)higher than those in the control group(90.32%)(83.87%).The failure rate at 7 days and 5 months in the experimental group(3.23%)and(9.68%)was lower than that in the control group(9.68%)and(16.13%),with no significant difference(P>0.05).The 9-months and 12-months success rates of the experimental group(90.32%)and(90.32%)were higher than those of the control group(67.74%)and(64.52%).The 9-months and 12-months failure rates(9.68%)and(9.68%)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(32.26%)and(35.48%),with significant differences(P<0.05).Postoperative VAS pain index scores(4.31±0.62),(3.57±0.45)and(2.17±0.34)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(5.97±0.81),(4.98±0.65)and(4.11±0.52)(P<0.05).Conclusion ErYAG laser has practical value in indirect pulp capping treatment of carious deciduous teeth in young patients.
