曲安奈德局部注射联合半导体激光对糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:研究曲安奈德局部注射联合半导体激光对糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的治疗效果。方法:按照纳入和排除标准择选的62例患者被随机分为两组。一组患者为曲安奈德局部注射(5mL∶50mg,1次/周)联合半导体激光(300mw,2次/d,5min/次)治疗,对照组单纯给予曲安奈德局部注射治疗,剂量方法同实验组。在治疗前和治疗后2周、4周对患者病损面积大小、疼痛情况等方面的临床效果进行测量、记录和统计分析。结果:治疗2周和4周后治疗组和对照组病损面积和疼痛程度均明显缩小或减轻,2周时治疗组平均病损和疼痛程度小于对照组,但在统计学方面无明显差异,继续4周治疗,治疗组平均病损和疼痛程度进一步减小,且明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲安奈德局部注射联合半导体激光治疗糜烂型的口腔扁平苔藓效果显著,优于单纯曲安奈德局部注射治疗。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of local injection of triamcinolone acetonide combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus(EOLP).Methods:In this clinical trial,62 patients selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.One group received semiconductor laser therapy(300 MW,2 times/day,5 minutes/time)combined with local injection of triamcinolone acetonide(5mL∶50mg,once a week),while the control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide alone,with the same dose and method as the experimental group.Before treatment and 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,the clinical effects of patients with lesion size and pain were measured,recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment,the lesion area and pain degree of the treatment group and the control group were significantly reduced.At 2 weeks,the average lesion and pain degree of the treatment group was less than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant.At 4 weeks after treatment,the average lesion and pain degree of the treatment group were further less,and significantly less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus is significant,which is better than that of triamcinolone acetonide alone.
