摘  要:目的探讨基于微信平台实施混合教学在住院医师规范化培训高压氧科轮转中的应用价值。方法于2017年4月—2019年12月纳入65位进行高压氧科轮转的住院医师在教学方面开展研究。该模式贯穿整个轮转过程并建立了反馈机制。分析入科时不同学历的住院医师对高压氧医学的了解程度,统计出科考核成绩、轮转收获。结果不同学历的住院医师对高压氧医学了解程度差异无统计学意义(P=0.926)。65位轮转医生都顺利通过出科理论考核,考核成绩(87.9±4.3)分,3位医生补考神经系统查体。根据反馈,轮转医师在高压氧科收获最大的两项是:了解高压氧的适应证、禁忌证及高压氧治疗的过程(56/65)。12位轮转医师为我们的微信公众号撰写了轮转体会。结论该教学模式帮助带教老师了解轮转医师的需求、利于个性化制定轮转计划,激发了轮转医师主动学习高压氧知识的兴趣和动力、提高了参与度,增强了师生之间的互动,提升了教学效果。Objective To explore the application value of blending learning in the hyperbaric oxygen(HBO)rotation of residents training based on WeChat platform.Methods From April 2017 to December 2019,65 resident physicians who were rotating in the HBO department were enrolled to conduct research on teaching.This model runs through the entire rotating process and establishes a feedback mechanism.We investigate the degree of understanding of HBO medicine by residents of different educational backgrounds on the entrance investigation,count the results of the department assessment,and rotating gains.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of understanding of HBO medicine among residents of different educational backgrounds(P=0.926).All 65 residents successfully passed the theoretical examination of the department,with a score of(87.9±4.3),and 3 doctors made up the examination of the nervous system.According to the feedback,the two biggest gains for the residents in the HBO department are:understanding the indications and contraindications of HBO and the process of HBO treatment(56/65,respectively).Twelve residents wrote rotation experiences for our WeChat public account.Conclusion Our practice shows that blending learning model has helped teachers to understand the needs of residents,facilitated the development of personalized rotating plans,stimulated the interest and motivation of residents to actively learn about HBO,increased participation,enhanced the interaction between teachers and students,and then improved effect of teaching.
