摘  要:针对我国高校教工党员管理中普遍存在的党员参加学习活动组织难、党员作用发挥困难、党员表现和评价困难等突出问题,研究坚持以问题为导向,紧盯薄弱环节,探索了一套切实可行的“1+X”党员积分制管理考核评价体系。将教工党员的考核和评价由传统的定性向定量转变,规范教工党员的组织生活,引导教工党员履职尽责,发挥先锋模范作用,提高教工党员管理的规范化和科学化水平。通过科学的研究和分析,并在兰州石化职业技术学院机械工程学院教工党支部的推行实践,取得了良好的实施效果,对目前高校教工党员积分制管理的实效性提供了有建设性、创新性和操作性的参考。In view of the common problems in the management of Party members in colleges,such as the difficulty of Party members participating in study activities,the difficulty of Party members playing their roles,the difficulty of Party members’performance and evaluation etc.This research insists on the problem-oriented method and focuses on the weak links,probes into a set of practical and feasible“1+X”evaluation system of the merit points management of college teacher Party members,which changes the evaluation of Party members from traditional qualitative to quantitative,normalizes the organizational life of Party members,and guides Party members to fulfill their duties,bring into the role of vanguard and model,improve the standardization and scientific level of the management of Party members.Through scientific research,analysis and practice in the teachers’Party branch of School of Mechanical Engineering,good results have been achieved and provide a constructive,innovative and operational reference for the actual effect of the current management of the merit points system of Party members in college.
