摘　　要：在分析设计院EPC传统商业模式及问题的基础上,根据泰莫斯及相关文献理论,阐述设计院EPC项目新商业模式的三个要求、四个特质和六项重构原则;结合Osterwalder商业理论,构建设计EPC项目新商业模式的框架体系及其九要素画布模型和要素模型;并从一条价值链构建、一个战略伙伴关系管理、两个核心能力建设提出实现新商业模式重构的对策和建议。Based on the analysis of EPC traditional business model and problems of the design institute,according to timos and related literature theory,this paper expounds the three requirements,four characteristics and six restructuring principles of the new business model of EPC project of design institute.Combined with Osterwalder business theory,constructs the framework system for designing the new business model of EPC projects,includes nine-element canvas model and element model.Then,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the new business model from a value chain,a strategic partnership management,and two core capacity building.
