眉下皮肤切口矫正联合重睑成形术在上睑皮肤松垂中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨眉下皮肤切口矫正联合重睑成形术在上睑皮肤松垂中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年7月我院收治的60例上睑皮肤松垂患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行重睑成形术,观察组行眉下皮肤切口矫正联合重睑成形术。比较两组上睑皱纹改善程度、手术满意度及并发症。结果观察组术后上睑皱纹评分(1.01±0.34)分低于对照组的(2.19±0.65)分,总满意度为96.67%(29/30)高于对照组的73.33%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后均未出现明显并发症。结论上睑皮肤松垂患者采用眉下皮肤切口矫正联合重睑成形术治疗效果优于单一重睑成形术,利于改善上睑皱纹,恢复眉眼部美学,提高患者对手术的满意度,且术后无明显并发症,安全性较高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of subbrow skin incision correction combined with double blepharoplasty in upper eyelid skin sagging.Methods 40 cases of upper eyelid skin sagging patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group underwent double blepharoplasty,and the observation group underwent subbrow skin incision correction combined with double blepharoplasty.The improvement of upper eyelid wrinkles,surgical satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's postoperative upper eyelid wrinkle score(1.01±0.34)was lower than the control group's(2.19±0.65)score,and the total satisfaction rate was 100.00%(20/20)higher than the control group's 70.00%(14/20),The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious postoperative complications in the two groups.Conclusion The treatment effect of subbrow skin incision correction combined with double blepharoplasty in patients with upper eyelid skin sagging is better than single double blepharoplasty,which is beneficial to improve upper eyelid wrinkles,restore eyebrow and eye aesthetics,and improve patient satisfaction with surgery.There are no obvious complications afterwards,the safety is high,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
