切开重睑并眶缘骨孔固定泪腺的术式探讨

摘　　要：目的观察和评价切开重睑并眶缘骨孔固定泪腺的手术效果。方法对本组15例患者均采用重睑切口,于眶缘处平行钻出2个骨孔,缝线U形全层穿过泪腺,再穿过骨孔打结固定于眶缘。结果本组15例(30个眼)患者随访6~24月,术后14例上睑膨隆消失,1例残留轻度膨隆。结论切开重睑并眶缘骨孔固定泪腺的术式,简单易行,固定确实,术后上睑恢复年轻化和正常外观饱满,重睑美观自然,远期效果肯定。Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of incision of double eyelid and fixing lacrimal gland on orbital rim holes.Methods Double eyelid incision was used in group of 15 patients,and drill two bone holes parallel to the orbital rim.The sutures were u-shaped through the lacrimal gland and then tied through and fixed on orbital rim holes.Results In this group of 15 patients with 30 eyes followed up for 6~24 months,14 cases of upper eyelid dilation disappeared after operation,1 case of residual mild dilation.Conclusion The operation of incision of double eyelid and fixing lacrimal gland on orbital rim holes is simple and feasible,and the upper eyelid is restored young and full in normal appearance after operation,the double eyelid is beautiful and natural,and the long-term effect is confirmed.
