摘  要:目的探讨浓缩生长因子CGF在上颌埋伏阻生前牙导萌牵引术中的应用。方法随机选取近年来合肥市口腔医院口腔颌面外科收治的16例上颌埋伏阻生前牙并经正畸科会诊需要行导萌牵引术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组8例,对照组采用闭合式导萌联合正畸牵引术的方法,试验组采用闭合式导萌联合正畸牵引术结合CGF的方法,通过唇侧骨板厚度、附着龈宽度、牙龈退缩情况、邻牙牙根吸收情况、埋伏牙正畸牵引时间以及感染发生情况等指标来评价两组的疗效。结果试验组术后附着龈宽度明显大于对照组,正畸牵引时间明显快于对照组,且具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在闭合式导萌联合正畸牵引术中应用CGF,可以改善术后附着龈宽度,加快正畸牵引时间。Objective To investigate the application of concentrated growth factor CGF combined with surgical guidance operation and orthodontic treatment in maxillary impacted anterior teeth.Methods 16 patients with impacted teeth who were admitted to the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery of Hefei Stomatological Hospital were selected randomly,they need to undergo surgical guidance operations.They were randomly divided into two groups,each group of 8 cases,control group adopted closed type surgical guidance operations combined orthodontic traction,the method of experimental group adopted closed type surgical guidance operations with adding CGF combined orthodontic traction,through the thickness of the labial bone plate,the width of the attachment ridge,gum back situation and its adjacent regions root absorption,embedded teeth orthodontic traction time and infection occurrence indicators to evaluate the curative effect of two groups.Results The width of the attached gingiva in the experimental group was significantly larger than that in the control group,and the orthodontic traction time was significantly faster than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion CGF can improve the width of adhered gingiva and speed up the time of orthodontic traction in surgical guidance operation combined with orthodontic treatment.
