双元学习、即兴能力和可持续发展绩效——管理者关系的调节作用

摘　　要：组织学习(特别是双元学习)和企业可持续发展是当今国内外学术界研究的重点领域。但现有文献对于企业如何通过组织学习提升企业能力最终增加企业可持续发展绩效以及如何通过社会关系网络拓宽双元学习渠道的研究相对较少。文章运用组织学习理论、动态能力理论和社会网络理论,基于能力视角探讨了双元学习对企业可持续发展绩效的影响,并分析了企业即兴能力的中介作用,同时从社会网络拓宽的角度探索了管理者关系的调节作用。通过对江苏、河南、河北等地219位企业管理者的调查数据进行统计分析,得到以下结果:双元学习对企业可持续发展绩效具有正向影响;即兴能力在双元学习和可持续发展绩效之间起到了部分中介作用。商业关系正向调节双元学习对即兴能力的影响;政治关系正向调节双元学习对即兴能力的影响。Organizational learning(especially ambidextrous learning)and sustainable development of enterprises are the key areas of research in academic circles at home and abroad.However,there are relatively few studies in the existing literature on how companies can improve their corporate capabilities and ultimately increase their sustainable development performance through organizational learning and how to broaden ambidextrous learning channels through social network.Based on organizational learning theory,dynamic capability theory,and social network theory,this article explores the impact of ambidextrous learning on corporate sustainable development performance and analyzes the mediating role of corporate improvisation capability,and explores the moderating role of manager relationship from the perspective of social network expansion.Through statistical analysis of the survey data of 219 business managers in Jiangsu,Henan and Guizhou,the following results are obtained:ambidextrous learning has a positive impact on the sustainable development performance of enterprises;improvisation capability plays a partial mediating role between ambidextrous learning and sustainable development performance;business relationship positively moderates the impact of ambidextrous learning on improvisation capability;political relationship also positively regulates the impact of ambidextrous learning on improvisation capability.
