超声引导下注射聚桂醇硬化治疗肝肾囊肿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声引导下注射聚桂醇硬化治疗肝肾囊肿的临床效果。方法:以本院2018年1月~2018年12月收治的92例肝肾囊肿患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各46例。对照组患者在超声引导下注射无水乙醇硬化治疗,研究组患者在超声引导下注射聚桂醇硬化治疗,比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前与治疗后3个月、6个月、12个月时的囊肿体积以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组患者治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05);治疗后各时间段囊肿体积较治疗前均明显缩小,且研究组显著小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下注射聚桂醇硬化治疗可有效缩小囊肿体积,疗效可靠,且不良反应少,对促进肝肾囊肿病情康复具有积极意义。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided injection of polycinnol sclerosis in the treatment of liver and kidney cysts.Methods:Taking 92 patients with liver and kidney cysts admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 as the research object,the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each with 46 cases.The patients in the control group were injected with ethanol-based sclerosis treatment under ultrasound guidance,and the patients in the study group were injected with polycinnamic acid sclerosis treatment under ultrasound guidance.The total effective rate of treatment,cyst volume before treatment and 3 months,6 months,and 12 months after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The volume of cysts in each time period after treatment was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,and the study group was significantly smaller than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided injection of polycinnamic sclerotherapy can effectively reduce the volume of cysts and has a reliable effect.And there are few adverse reactions,which has a positive significance for promoting the recovery of liver and kidney cysts.
