单颗钛金属螺钉治疗髁突矢状骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨单颗钛金属螺钉治疗髁突矢状骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年1月~2019年12月本院收治的120例髁突矢状骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法,将120例患者分为观察组(n=58例)和对照组(n=62例),对照组患者采取颌间牵引复位固定治疗,观察组患者采取单颗钛金属螺钉内固定治疗,采用Fricton颞下颌关节障碍评估表评估患者的恢复情况,并统计两组患者的并发症发生率。结果:观察组的肌肉压痛评分明显低于对照组((0.051±0.012),(0.168±0.017)分);颞下颌关节紊乱评分明显低于对照组((0.273±0.014),(0.568±0.021)分);均有P<0.05。观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(3.45%,17.74%,P<0.05)。结论:采用单颗钛金属螺钉治疗髁突矢状骨折,可有效缓解患者的颞下颌关节障碍症状,并能有效减少并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of single titanium screw in treatment of condylar sagittal fracture.Methods:120 patients with sagittal condylar fracture treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,120 patients were divided into observation group(n=58 cases)and control group(n=62 cases).The patients in the control group were treated with intermaxillary traction reduction and fixation,and the patients in the observation group were treated with single titanium screw internal fixation.The recovery of patients was evaluated with fricton temporomandibular joint disorder evaluation form,and the incidence of complications in the two groups was counted.Results:The muscle tenderness score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group[(0.051±0.012),(0.168±0.017)];The score of temporomandibular joint disorder was significantly lower than that in the control group[(0.273±0.014),(0.568±0.021)];All P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(3.45%,17.74%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of a single titanium metal screw for the treatment of condylar sagittal fractures can effectively alleviate the symptoms of temporomandibular joint disorders,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of complications.
