摘  要:各类大型仪器的开发和应用是现代化工领域飞速发展不可缺少的重要条件。通过使用X射线荧光光谱仪(XRF),电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES),X射线衍射仪(XRD),X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和能量弥散X射线探测器(EDX)对无机非金属元素含量进行检测。评价了不同仪器测试结果的可靠性,紧密度和准确性。实验结果表明并不是所有的大型先进仪器都可以对无机非金属材料元素进行准确的检测。除ICP检测技术外,其他表征测试手段的测量结果不具有代表性,存在较大的测量误差,相对标准偏差(RSD)较大,不适用无机非金属元素含量的检测。The development and application of various large-scale instruments is an indispensable and important condition for the rapid development of modern chemical industry.The contents of inorganic nonmetallic elements are measured with X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF),inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES),X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and energy dispersive X-ray detector(EDX).The reliability,compactness and accuracy of the test results of the instruments are evaluated.The experimental results show that not all large-scale instruments can accurately detect the elements of inorganic non-metallic materials;in addition to ICP detection technology,the measurement results of other characterization test methods have large measurement errors and large relative standard deviation(RSD),which are not suitable for the detection of inorganic non-metallic elements.
