摘 要:针对辊弯板多加热线的三角感应加热变形计算难题,提出基于固有应变法的弹性有限元计算方法,根据钢板感应加热的实验,数值分析固有应变的分布规律,结果表明,辊弯板在进行多条加热线加热后,钢板挠度值的计算结果和实验结果一致,而且计算时间短。基于固有应变的弹性有限元分析能够克服钢板热弹塑性模型在进行多加热线模拟时的计算难题,可以应用于钢板多加热线感应加热过程的整体变形计算。For solving the problem of the deformation calculation of the rolled plate by triangular induction heating with multi heating lines,an elastic finite element calculation method based on inherent strain method was proposed.According to the experiment results,the distribution law of the inherent strain was analyzed numerically.The calculation results showed that the deflection results of the steel plate are consistent with the experimental results,and the calculation time is short.Therefore,the elastic finite element analysis based on inherent strain can overcome the difficulty to solve the plate deformation with multi heating lines by the thermal elastoplastic model,and it can be used to calculate the overall deformation of steel plate during the induction heating process with multi heating lines.
