摘  要:针对主甲板区域是油船和散货船疲劳评估的重点区域,而规范的疲劳评估方法较为繁琐的问题,针对油船和散货船主甲板区域主要承受纵向应力的疲劳节点,提出基于散货船和油船共同结构规范的疲劳强度简化评估方法,通过在设计初期对“船体梁疲劳剖面模数”或“许用应力集中系数”的控制,使得主甲板构件的疲劳强度能得到基本满足,实船算例验证表明,该方法合理实用,在设计初期可以采用此方法控制船体梁结构尺寸,以避免后期因详细疲劳计算结果不满足规范要求而引起船体构件尺寸等的大量修改。The main deck area is very important for fatigue assessment of oil tankers and bulk carriers,but the rule fatigue assessment method is complex.A simplified fatigue assessment method for longitudinal structures on main deck based on CSR-H was described.The approach was suggested in the early design stage with preliminary“hull girder fatigue section modulus”or“permissible stress concentration factor”verification to satisfy the requirement of the fatigue strength for main deck members.According to the verification of real ship examples,this method is rational and practical to be used in early design stage to control the scantlings of hull girder members,and to avoid possible considerable design modification if unsatisfactory results for deck longitudinal structures were proved by detail fatigue calculation carried out in later stage.
