摘　　要：血小板反应蛋白2(THBS-2)亦被称为凝血酶敏感蛋白2(TSP-2),属于细胞外基质糖蛋白家族成员之一,是一种血管生成抑制剂。近年来研究显示,THBS-2在多种肿瘤组织及血清中差异性表达,对肿瘤细胞迁移和肿瘤血管生成具有一定调节作用,并影响肿瘤进展及患者预后。因此对THBS-2作用机制的深入研究,可能会为肿瘤的靶向治疗及预后评估带来新的思路。该文对THBS-2在胃肠道肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。Thrombospondin 2(THBS-2), also known as thrombin sensitive protein 2(TSP-2), is a member of the extracellular matrix glycoprotein family and an angiogenesis inhibitor. Recent studies have shown that THBS-2 is differentially expressed in a variety of tumor tissues and serum samples, which exerts certain regulatory effect on tumor cell migration and tumor angiogenesis, and affects tumor progression and patient prognosis. Therefore, in-depth research on the mechanism of THBS-2 may bring novel ideas for targeted therapy and prognosis assessment of tumors. This article summarizes the research progress on THBS-2 in gastrointestinal tumors.
