Livin及MDR基因在胃癌患者中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌的发病机制。方法采用PCR检测胃癌和胃炎患者的Livin、MDR基因表达情况,分析胃癌患者Livin、MDR表达与临床指标的关系。结果两组Livin及MDR基因的阳性率比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);Livin、MDR基因的表达与组织分化程度有关(P<0.05);Livin基因的表达还与淋巴转移有关(P<0.05)。结论Livin、MDR基因在胃癌患者中呈异常表达,二者有可能成为胃癌的重要诊断指标和基因治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.Methods PCR was used to detect the expression of Livin and MDR genes in patients with gastric cancer and gastritis,and the relationship between the expression of Livin and MDR and clinical indicators in patients with gastric cancer was analyzed.Results The positive rates of Livin and MDR genes between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.01);the expression of Livin and MDR genes was related to the degree of tissue differentiation(P<0.05);the expression of Livin gene was also related to lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Livin and MDR genes are abnormally expressed in gastric cancer patients,and they may become important diagnostic indicators and gene therapy targets for gastric cancer.
