摘  要:浩吉铁路是一条新建双线电气化重载铁路,线路全长1814.33 km,其中常用跨度简支梁1.79万单线孔,数量巨大,因此简支梁的结构设计对全线的工期和造价均有较明显的影响。介绍浩吉铁路后张法简支T梁的设计和一些优化措施,结构设计满足重载铁路要求,人行道首次采用了工字形钢横梁和混凝土U形槽及RPC盖板组成的组合结构,对电缆的铺设和检修及声屏障的设置均提供了便利条件,加宽人行道宽度,取消了避车台,梁端防排水采用挡水台及钢盖板方式。优化措施降低了施工难度和工程造价,对重载铁路和客货共线铁路简支梁的设计具有一定的参考意义。Haolebaoji-Ji’an Railway is a newly built double track electrified heavy haul railway with a total length of 1814.33 km,in which 17900 simply supported beams are used.On account of the huge number of beams,the structural design of simply supported beams has significant impact on the construction period and cost of the whole line.This paper briefly introduces the design and some optimization measures of the post-tensioned prestressed concrete simply supported T-beam of Haolebaoji-Ji’an Railway.The structural design meets the requirements of heavy haul railway.For the first time,the composite structure,composed of I-shaped steel beam,concrete U-shaped groove and RPC cover plate,is adopted in the sidewalk,which provides convenient conditions for the laying and maintenance of cables and the setting of sound barrier.The width of sidewalk is widened,refuge platform is cancelled,and water retaining platform and steel cover plate are used for waterproof and drainage of beam end.The optimization measures reduce construction difficulty and project cost,which has certain reference significance for the design of simply supported beam of heavy haul railway and mixed passenger and freight railway.
