摘 要:泰国曼谷至呵叻高速铁路是"一带一路"重点项目,工程建设采用中国标准,为了使工程方案与当地工程建设条件相适应,结合泰国的工程建设环境及施工工艺现状,经过技术、经济等综合比选分析,该项目标准跨梁体采用节段拼装法装配式施工。标准跨度装配式梁体设计时,除了满足常规的构造要求,重点注意剪力键的合理设置、接缝密封措施、强度及刚度的折减、耐久性措施等。节段拼装简支梁抗弯强度折减系数采用0.95,抗剪强度折减系数采用0.90,抗弯刚度折减系数采用0.9。泰国高铁工程装配式梁体节段采用短线法施工,考虑平面曲线、竖曲线的影响,严格控制梁体线形。桥位处拼装时,采用规范的施工工艺流程及合理的工序,严格控制施工质量。对泰国曼谷至呵叻高速铁路的标准跨度装配式梁体设计、施工情况进行详细介绍和研究总结,为今后境外项目以及采用装配式标准跨梁体的项目提供参考。The high speed railway from Bangkok to Nakhon Ratchasima in Thailand is the key project of"One Belt One Road"and adopts Chinese standard.In order to make the project adaptable to the local engineering construction conditions,segmental assembly method is adopted for construction of standard beam based on the comparison and analysis of technology and economy and in view of the present situation of construction environment and technology in Thailand.In addition to the conventional structural requirements,attentions are paid to the reasonable setting of shear keys,joint sealing measures,strength and stiffness reduction,durability measures,etc.while designing the segmental assembly standard beam.The bending strength reduction factor is 0.95,the shear strength reduction factor is 0.90,and the bending stiffness reduction factor is 0.9.Short line method is used for the construction of segment in Thailand HSR project.Attentions are also paid to the influence of plane curve and vertical curve,and the linear shape of beam is strictly controlled.When assembling at the bridge site,the standard construction process and reasonable working procedure are adopted to strictly control the construction quality.The design and construction of assembly standard beam of Bangkok to Nakhon Ratchasima high speed railway in Thailand are introduced and summarized in detail,which can provide reference for overseas projects and projects adopting assembly standard beam in the future.
